JOHN GAYLE11 MAXFIELD was born at Los Angeles County, California, on 3 August 1934, a son of Willard Maxfield and his wife Helen John. He died at Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, on 23 November 1996. He married at Los Angeles County on 5 March 1955 MERLE ANN HARRIS. She was born at Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, on 22 March 1936 and died at Las Vegas on 10 September 2007.

John Maxfield and his wife Merle Harris had the following children:

  1. MICHAEL R.12 MAXFIELD b. at Los Angeles Co. on 10 May 1960.
  2. CHARLES E.12 MAXFIELD b. at Los Angeles Co. on 13 March 1963 .
  3. MARIAN L.12 MAXFIELD b. at Santa Clara Co., CA, on 23 May 1964.
  4. MELENE C.12 MAXFIELD b. at Santa Clara Co. on 13 July 1966.
  5. JASON R.12 MAXFIELD b. at Santa Clara Co. on 25 June 1969.
